The lift facias are an end user facing component, and required special consideration and attention to detail to ensure the product represented the customers brand appropriately. The technical nature of the product required a design for manufacture review to achieve the critical dimensions for product assembly, as well as a process for handling and surface finishing. These parts included design, machining, surface treatment and CMM inspection to ensure the delivery of a quality product.‍
